When you book a call or contact us, we collect your name, email, and (if you give them) your phone number and business name.
How we use them
Only to arrange and prepare for your call, and to follow up about it. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where they're kept
Your details are stored in the tools we use to run our business: our booking calendar (Cal.com), our website tools, and our own business system. Each is used only for the purpose above.
Emails
If you leave your details but don't book, we may send you up to two short reminders with a link to pick a time. We won't add you to any other mailing list without your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time: hello@springflowsystems.com.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics that don't use cookies or track you across other sites.
